Paraná experienced a winter Friday with thermal conditions outside the norm. While Foz do Iguaçu recorded 35.7°C, other locations also posted high highs: Diamantina do Norte reached 36.7°C, the highest in the state. Curitiba, for its part, stayed close with 28.9°C.

According to the Environmental Technology and Monitoring System (Simepar), the lowest temperatures in the state were in Palmas (25.4°C) and General Carneiro (25.5°C).

For the weekend, the forecast calls for a frontal system affecting the South region and a low-pressure system over Paraguay, which should raise humidity in the state in the coming days. With the high temperatures expected, greater development of instability areas is anticipated, especially on Sunday (30).
