Leaders School addresses difficult conversations and assertive communication
The Padre Germano Lauck Municipal Hospital in Foz do Iguaçu held on Monday (June 29) an edition of the Leaders School focused on managerial development. The training brought together clinical and administrative managers to work on communication, feedback, and team management.

The training's theme was "Leadership in Difficult Conversations: how to correct, confront, and align without wearing down relationships" and was conducted by psychologist Dr. Jéssica Mayara in the institution's auditorium.
During the meeting, the impacts of omission in people management were discussed, the relevance of corrective feedback, strategies for dealing with inappropriate behaviors while maintaining interpersonal relationships, and ways to face resistance within teams.
Participants shared experiences and analyzed real situations from daily hospital life, making the learning more practical and applicable to the institution's reality.
The initiative is part of the Municipal Hospital's ongoing education actions and reaffirms its commitment to continuous leader development. Qualifying management teams strengthens internal communication, promotes a collaborative environment, and improves the quality of patient care.
