Jussara Cabral: life across three countries and faith at the border
Marco Três newsroom · edited by Annie Grellmann
Businesswoman who inherited her adoptive father's legacy and follows her calling in the Triple Border
Born in Pato Branco and raised in Foz do Iguaçu, Jussara Cabral returned to the region in 2022 to lead the vehicle armoring company founded by her adoptive father, César Cabral, in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. Her trajectory combines music, psychology and management in a life project marked by spirituality and belonging to the Triple Border.

Jussara was born to a nurse who moved to Foz do Iguaçu when Itaipu was still under construction. After her biological father's death, her mother married César Cabral, a man recognized as a pioneer of the region and a reference in philanthropy. With this, Paraguay ceased to be merely a neighboring country and became a second home.
Her adoptive father lived intensely across the three countries — he studied in Argentina, invested in Paraguay and worked in Brazil. Upon his death, he left instructions for his ashes to be scattered in the Paraná River, at the location where the three territories converge. This inheritance became a compass for Jussara.
Her professional training began with music: eleven years performing at events throughout Paraná. Then came psychology, chosen after receiving a misdiagnosis and deciding to work with people, not labels. Her course completion work focused on music therapy, combining her two passions.
In 2022, a personal separation and the need for a family member to lead the armoring company founded by César brought her back to Paraguay. Without experience in the sector, she took over the company with thirty employees. Today, after four years leading the business, she plans to unite music, psychology and management in a welcoming project for families dealing with addiction and disorders. She is also writing a book that, in her words, is "a thank you," not a biography.
Her philosophy is summed up in one phrase: "Money is to be used. People are to be loved, protected and cared for."
