Muffato Group modernizes traditional units as part of the 25‑year flag celebration
Muffato Group reopened two Max Atacadista stores in Paraná with complete renovations. The Foz do Iguaçu location, the chain’s first store opened in 2001, received a new layout and improvements in its departments.

The Vila Portes store in Foz do Iguaçu underwent its third revitalization since opening. The Ponta Grossa unit, located on Avenida Souza Neves, was expanded after acquiring an adjacent lot and gained 30% more parking spaces, totaling 530 spots.
According to Muffato Group, Max Atacadista offers bakery, butcher, produce, health foods, florist, wine cellar, bazaar, pet line, and automotive products. The chain has 71 stores across 45 municipalities in Paraná and São Paulo.
Muffato Group, which celebrates 52 years of operation, said it maintains a permanent investment plan for modernizing its units.
