Parque das Aves offers free entry for dads on August 9

How the promotion works

Fathers who visit the attraction on August 9 will receive free admission upon presenting a personal identification document and proof of family relationship (RG or the child's birth certificate). The ticket must be collected exclusively at the park's ticket office on the same day.

Each participating dad receives a themed gift prepared for the occasion.

What to expect during the visit

The route is about 2 kilometers long, fully paved, and accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, and people with reduced mobility. The trail passes through different Atlantic Forest habitats, including areas dedicated to macaws, toucans, river and mangrove birds, as well as a section with butterflies and hummingbirds.

Along the way, families will find accessible restrooms with changing tables, drinking fountains with free potable water, rest areas, and services for borrowing wheelchairs and renting baby strollers.

Food and stay

The park offers three dining venues: Restaurante Sabores da Floresta, Bistrô da Mata, and Café da Praça, with options for coffee, lunch, snacks, and beverages.

According to park management, the attraction serves as a rescue center, shelter, and conservation site for species, raising visitor awareness about the importance of protecting the Atlantic Forest.
