What changes for those at the border
The warning applies to the Paraguayan side of the border, a few kilometers from Foz do Iguaçu, and affects anyone crossing the bridge during the period. River measurements are available at how the Falls are today; strong wind and heavy rain delay the crossing, and the queue is listed in bridge queue. Forecasts for the three sides are in border weather.
