The international caravan is expected to arrive on October 16, when participants will meet the Brazilian delegation led by engineer Dov Koren, the national stage commissioner. Also present will be the Motor-Tourism Director of the Brazilian Motorcycling Confederation (CBM) and the FIM Latin America Motor-Tourism commissioner, Teiga Jr.

During the stay in Foz do Iguaçu, the program includes integration activities, a visit to the Itaipu complex, and a tour of the Iguaçu Falls on the Brazilian side.

The Mega Rally Andino is included in the 2026 International Tourism Calendar of the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM), registered under code IMN 609/30. The event is non-competitive and aims to promote integration among motorcyclists, responsible riding, and respect for traffic safety regulations.
