São João Batista Festival, June 19-21, will have a big screen for Brazil's match, feijoada and mass
The Patron Saint's Arraiá of São João Batista will take place from June 19 to 21 in Foz do Iguaçu, organized by the Matriz São João Batista. The program includes a big screen for the Brazilian national team match, feijoada and religious celebrations.

The Patron Saint's Arraiá of São João Batista occurs between June 19 and 21 in Foz do Iguaçu, organized by the Matriz São João Batista. The festival brings together faith, fellowship and leisure for the community — and will feature a big screen so fans can watch the Brazilian national team match on Friday at 9:30 p.m.
The feijoada will be served on Sunday, the 21st, starting at noon, concluding the celebrations. Tickets cost R$ 60 and can be purchased at the community pastoral offices or the parish secretariat. Before lunch, there is the traditional cake with medals of São João Batista, and the 8 a.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Dom Sérgio de Deus.
The parish secretariat is open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. Between the 14th and 20th, the Matriz program also includes the Campaign of the Caná Vessels.
