The provincial event, organized by the Ministry of Industry, toured Oberá, Puerto Rico and Posadas, and concluded with the binational Kaizen Day meeting at the Aníbal Cambas Museum in Misiones, Argentina. Iguazu Argentina S.A. presented its model of articulation between public and private sectors alongside the National Parks Administration as an example of responsible tourism management in an area declared a World Heritage Site and chosen as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

The presentation focused on building organizational culture from the beginning of the concession, based on an integrated management system. The operation holds ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) certifications and the Preferred by Nature seal, accredited by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). The National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) also certifies part of the concessionaire's services.

The company presented the practical application of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) in key processes. The Jungle Ecological Train served as a case study: in quality measurement, train operation follows the objective of transporting visitors on time and properly, with constant verification to identify deviations and apply immediate corrections. In environmental performance measurement, the ecological impact of transportation is continuously monitored. From this continuous evaluation resulted operational decisions such as the incorporation of electric locomotives and exclusive use of biodegradable greases.
