Devil's Throat circuit closed, other tours open
In spring, Iguazú Falls showcase an extraordinary flow, turning every drop and viewpoint into a unique experience. The Devil's Throat circuit remains closed, but the Upper and Lower circuits, as well as boat tours, stay available.

Spring has arrived in Iguazú with an extraordinary flow that makes each drop, viewpoint, and trail unique. The Devil's Throat circuit is inactive due to the extraordinary channel conditions linked to the El Niño phenomenon, but the National Park remains open and welcomes visitors.
The Upper and Lower circuits are operating, as are the boat tours that let you experience the magnitude of the waters up close.
In 2026, more than 1,100,000 visitors arrived at the park, confirming the destination’s huge appeal.
The municipality of Puerto Iguazú offers about 15,000 hotel rooms, with options for families, groups, couples, and solo travelers.
Food and nightlife are core to the offering, with restaurants, bars, and breweries spread across pedestrian streets and main avenues.
More than 40 attractions and activities are available to explore the jungle, rivers, local culture, excursions, adventure, shopping, and the city.
According to Leopoldo Lucas, president of the Iguazú Municipal Tourism Agency (ITUREM), "We want to invite everyone to visit Iguazú this spring. The Falls show impressive power and, although the Devil's Throat circuit is closed, we have the Upper and Lower circuits open, boat tours, and many experiences to enjoy at the destination."
A visit can be made at any time of year, as Iguazú offers water, jungle, cuisine, experiences, events, and a broad tourism proposal.
