The festival takes place every Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., establishing itself as a winter‑night attraction in the city. Each week, the hotel kitchen prepares five broth and soup options using fresh, selected ingredients, aiming to evoke nostalgic memories while balancing textures and seasonings.

Sides and Accompaniments

The menu includes a side table with artisanal breads (boule, white crumb, grissini and mini French rolls), as well as a charcuterie board featuring Italian salami, Parmesan and Gorgonzola. Olive tapenade, seasoned ricotta, toasted bread, and finishing touches such as grated cheese, parsley, chives and crispy bacon are also available.

Desserts and Access

The experience concludes with a dessert island offering flan, fruit tartlets, cheesecake and lemon tartlet. Access to the Sky Bar, one of the highest points in the region, is already included in the ticket price.
